Аннотация. В настоящей статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы развития судебной системы и правосудия с учетом быстрого развития систем искусственного интеллекта. В ней анализируются подходы ученых из разных стран к данной проблеме, а также глобальные тенденции в этом направлении. В статье делается вывод о том, что «слабый» искусственный интеллект это уже настоящее, а «сильный» искусственный интеллект — недалекое будущее. При этом вопрос о замене профессионального судьи системой «суперсильного» искусственного интеллекта может стать актуальным не ранее чем через 20—30 лет.

Artificial intelligence at the service of justice: present and future

Abstract. This article examines topical issues of the development of the judicial system and justice, taking into account the rapid development of artificial intelligence systems. It analyzes the approaches of scientists from different countries to this problem and global trends in this direction. The article concludes that “weak” artificial intelligence is already the present, and «strong» artificial intelligence is the near future. At the same time, the question of replacing a qualified judge with a system of «super-strong» artificial intelligence may become relevant no earlier than in 20—30 years.
