Аннотация. В статье затрагиваются вопросы утверждения финансового управляющего в деле о банкротстве с учетом права гражданина на потребительское банкротство и проблем финансирования расходов на процедуры, распределения рисков отсутствия кандидатуры для утверждения, а также освещаются предлагаемые варианты их разрешения.

Abstract. The article touches upon the issues of approval of a financial manager in the bankruptcy case with regard to the right of a citizen to consumer bankruptcy, the problems of financing the procedural costs, distribution of risks of the absence of a candidate for approval, and also highlights the proposed options for the resolution thereof.
