Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются вопросы значения Псковской судной грамоты как важного источника права Средних веков, в котором были заложены основополагающие принципы материального и процессуального права, нашедшие свое отражение в современном законодательстве.
Проводится сравнительно-правовой анализ норм документа XV века с нормами Гражданского процессуального кодекса РФ, Уголовно-процессуального кодекса РФ, Закона РФ от 26 июня 1992 г. № 3132-1 «О статусе судей в РФ» через призму целей в правосудии. Делаются выводы о роли Псковской судной грамоты в развитии государственности и права Средневековой Руси.

Formation of Certain Principles of Law and Judicial Procedure through the Prism of the Pskov Judicial Charter

Abstract. The article deals with the issues of meaning of the Pskov Judicial Charter as an important source of law of the Middle Ages, which had established basic principles of substantive and procedural law reflected in modern legislation.
It offers a comparative law analysis of the provisions of the XV century document and those of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, Federal Law of June, 26, 1992 “On the status of judges in the Russian Federation” through the prism of goals of justice. The conclusions on the role of the Pskov Judicial Charter in the development of statehood and law in Medieval Rus are drawn.
