Аннотация. Рассматриваются проблемы реализации судебных решений по делам об оспаривании нормативных правовых актов, предлагаются меры по совершенствованию правового регулирования порядка исполнения решения суда по данной категории административных дел. Обосновывается необходимость включения в законодательство об исполнительном производстве положений, регулирующих порядок исполнения судебных решений по делам об оспаривании нормативных предписаний.

Problems of legal regulation of enforcement of court decisions in the cases on the contestation of statutory acts

Abstract. The article considers the problems of legal regulation of enforcement of court decisions on the contestation of statutory acts, it also suggests the measures to improve legal regulation of procedures of enforcement of court decisions on this category of administrative cases. The article justifies the necessity of including the provisions regulating the enforcement of court decisions in the cases of contesting statutory orders in the enforcement legislation.
