Аннотация. Одной из важных проблем применения ст. 228.1 УК РФ является возможность квалификации нескольких эпизодов сбыта наркотических средств и психотропных веществ в качестве единого преступления. Авторы, опираясь на доктрину и формирующуюся судебную практику, формулируют перечень условий, при которых сбыт может быть признан единым продолжаемым.

Single continued sale of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances
Abstract. One of important problems of the application of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is the possibility of qualifying several episodes of the sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances as a single crime. On the basis of the doctrine and emerging judicial practice, the authors formulate a list of conditions under which the sale could be regarded as a single continued crime.
